ThereMoreTwo soldiers, one white and one black, meet during Special Forces training. Together they served two tours in Vietnam. At the end of their enlistment they chose to relocate from their birthplace, Los Angeles, California to Portland, Oregon.

There they eventually acquired wives and one child each. One evening one family was visiting the other. The wives took the children to a nearby convenience store and walked in as a robbery was in progress. Shortly after, shooting began and both families were killed. The two ex- Special Forces men soon thereafter elected to walk away from reality. They became street-folk in Portland. A year or so later they decided that they could and would do something to help the street-people who never had enough to eat.

Froze in the Winter for lack of warm clothing, shoes and blankets...everything. They agreed to do something about it. A semi-truck and trailer was heisted out of a large trucking company and put to use in robbing ware-houses and distribution centers from Salem, Oregon to Tacoma, Washington. The goods were donated to Missions, Shelters and Soup Kitchens throughout. The Organization ( The Mafia) who either owned or leased all of the facilities that were being robbed were responsible for all the goods and had to make good to the customers that had ordered them.

They sent in goombas to find the Robbin Hoods and stop them. The two ex-Special Forces men shipped the mobsters out by ship and rail to destinations all over the country and overseas. The Capo de Tutti, that is the head honcho of the Organization (The Mafia) remembered that in the near past he had hired a private investigator in Portland to assist with a problem that existed there then. She did a great job and all involved were satisfied. The Capo contacted her and retained her again. Carmela Buenasuerte was on the case.
